Being a host is a vocation for me. I love to pamper my guests with regional, national and international delicacies. I cook honestly, passionately and with a lot of manual work.
Fair, animal-friendly and environmentally conscious production is very important to me.
The Lasagne al Forno from my Nona from the beautiful Salento, is the speciality in the Gässli, it is simply unique. There is always are vegetarian variant and upon request a vegan dish.
